Reset slot machines after payoffs. Operate gaming equipment. Perform minor repairs or make adjustments to slot machines, resolving problems such as machine tilts and coin jams. Perform basic equipment maintenance. Record the specifics of malfunctioning machines and document malfunctions needing repair. Prepare operational reports or records.

Shift: Day

The Hotel Housekeeping Dispatcher is responsible for answering calls to Housekeeping and then communicating necessary information out to housekeeping management, room attendants, front desk personnel, other departments and hotel guests.

Responsible for updating the status on hotel rooms and keeping supervisors informed of all stayovers, DNDs, etc. Answer phones and accurately document and communicate all necessary information to the appropriate person or department in a timely manner. Promote positive guest relations and promptly attend to the needs of our guests.

Casino Slot Attendant Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least one-year hotel experience preferred, good communication and telephone skills required, ten-key and computer knowledge required, HMS experience preferred, and must be able to handle heavy phone traffic and be able to work under pressure, bilingual preferred.

Job Description

Troubleshoots and repairs minor problems at the machine. Documents those repairs unable to fix at machine level. Circulates throughout assigned area, maintaining visibility for guests within that area. Exchanges large denomination bills into requested denomination bills and coins. Provides information to guests, such as how to play various gaming machines, and general information about the casino and games offered. Initiates jackpot/fill documentation, either manual or automated and retrieves amount of cash or coin necessary to complete transaction. Witness/verify both at the gaming machine and on manual documents, Jackpots and coin hopper fills. Summons restaurant service as requested. Notifies manager of positive and negative feedback from customers. Assists in resolving guest complaints. Assists in maintaining cleanliness and safety within the gaming area. Knows and completely understands the day-to-day operation of all computer systems in his/her department. Perform drop procedures in accordance with gaming and company regulations and departmental policies. Knows and follows safety guidelines and is alert to and reports potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests. Assists managers in training other employees.Willingly helps other employees when needed.
